I can't get tracking to work!
|
- Make sure a tag is assigned to an Input, and that this tag is on stage.
- Go to the Setup menu and choose Tags and Appearance. Run "Auto Detect Tags" and see if the software finds any TurboTags.
If it does, your RadioEye or Stage settings are wrong.
If not:
- Check that the RadioEye is connected. See the statusbar in the Stagetracker FX software.
- Make sure the TCU is on. (Red light blinking fast). Note: The TCU can use up to one minute to register all tags and sync them.
- Charge the TurboTags. Note: If the TurboTags are completely out of power, it can take up to 15 minutes before they turn themselves on after putting them on the charger.

I get no audio!

- Choose the Audio menu and open the Input VU Meter. Make sure that sound is present on the correct input channel. If not, see the patching scheme
- Choose the Master Mixer and check the output VU meters. If these show sound on the correct outputs, make sure the patching of outputs are correct.
If they do not show sound on the right output, please see the chapter Audio Setup in the Quick Start Guide.

My CPU load is very high!

Choose the Setup menu and open Preferences. Disable Antialiasing. This only affect the 3D visualisation: The rendering of the 3D view will be less smooth.

The Tracking Engine Software is very slow to respond!

The Tracking Engine Software does not start!

- Check the display settings on your computer, make sure hardware acceleration is enabled.
- Please see the Software Installation Guide following your installation package for further help about installing the software.

I get no audio from the Effects Engine
|
Please see the Audio Engine window that the Effects Engine launches. Click settings and check that the settings are correct for your setup.
